BOOMERS BOOT CAMP:  Tuesdays, 4:45 p. m. - 5:45 p.m. & Thursdays, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.  Do you like sweatin’ to the oldies?  Then this class is for you.  Come enjoy a high energy, low impact cardio class that focuses on cardiovascular fitness, strength, and balance.  Exercises are modifiable for all fitness levels.  Instructor:  Kelly Taylor. 

Cost:  Annual $20 membership fee.


GENTLE DRUMMING Wednesdays, 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. in the fitness room. Do you enjoy music?  Do you want to exercise but lack the motivation?  With this new class you can combine the best of both worlds.  The class motivates you through music and unique

movements which mimic drumming. 

Cost:  Annual $20 membership fee.






TOTAL FITNESS EXERCISE: Classes 1, 2, and 3 all focus on increasing range of motion, low-impact and flexibility. Exercises are easy to follow and are done sitting in a chair.  Cardio and resistance training in a group setting with free weights, bands, and balls.

MACHINE ORIENTATION: Build the foundation of a healthy lifestyle by starting with a plan. You will be introduced to the equipment room and taught proper alignment, form, and usage of the resistance and

cardiovascular machines. Come dressed to get started! Please call Kelly to schedule an appointment. 

Cost: Annual $20 membership fee.


YOGA: Mondays, 4:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. Instructor: Rosemary

Russell.  Tuesdays 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Instructor: Diane

Johnson.  Learn basic poses you can practice daily in the

convenience of your own home to improve balance,

flexibility and coordination. 

Cost:  Annual $20 membership fee and $3.00 per class.


CIRCUIT TRAINING:  No levers to set or weights to

manipulate.  The complete circuit includes: warm up, cardio, strength training, cool down and stretching.  If you are new to circuit training, please make an appointment with Kelly for an orientation session.

Cost: Annual $20 membership fee.


ZUMBA Tuesdays 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Instructor Chris Sulzener

Provides specific fitness program designed for seniors. 

Cost: Annual $20 membership fee and $5.00 per class.


LINE DANCING: Mondays 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Beginner line dancing.  Cost: Annual $20  membership fee required.


TAI CHI: Fridays 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.   Tai Chi is utilized for many health benefits such as: decreasing falls,  improving mobility and increasing flexibility. Instructor: Cathleen Misko

Cost: Annual $20 membership fee and $3.00 per class.


LA BLAST: Thursdays 8:00 a.m. -  9:00 a.m.  Have fun while doing a dance fitness program based on the dances you see on “Dancing with the Stars”.  Instructor: Chris Sulzener. 

Cost: Annual $20 membership fee and $5.00 per class.


CHAIR VOLLEYBALL: Tues. at 3:30 p.m. & Wed. at 9:00 a.m.

Cost: No charge
